I utilize PhysioOne for somewhat regular muscular issues in my back related to golf, working out or just how I sit at my desk at work. I get tight knots in my upper back that can be debilitating and my first call is to Michele. Dry needling was never something i considered or had even heard about, but it is now something I rely on for quick recovery and almost instantaneous relief. I’m in my early fifties but due to a genetic condition and a complicated medical history, i already have severe arthritis in both knees, tendonitis in my shoulder, foot/leg and knee, and fibromyalgia. When I sought Michele’s help, I had all but given up on being able to move comfortably ever again. In our first session, she dug into the problem (literally!) and showed me how to re-align my body when standing, sitting and walking–I’m moving better than I have in years, all with simple exercises that teach proper alignment and function and that are easy to fit into my life. Michele is a wealth of informationand persists until she really understands the core problem–and then helps you fix it! I cannot recommend her services enough. I had never seen a physical therapist before so had no idea what to expect. I sprained my ankle and a couple of months went by and was frustrated because I still couldn’t run without pain. I contacted Michele and in one session, she got me back to full range of motion. After a second session, I was able to run again without any pain. Michele gave me exercises to do in between appointments which were also helpful. I was able to get back to my normal running routine after only 2 sessions.

Additionally, my 11 year old son was having an issue with his neck and in one session, Michele was able to clear that up for him.
