Let’s find the root cause of your pain.

As a licensed physical therapist, I will show you how to interpret your pain, manage it and ultimately how to get rid of it for good.


As a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist, Certified Functional Movement Specialist, and yoga instructor, I will coach you through the modifications needed to move more effectively and efficiently so you are able to go about your day with ease and return to the activities you love and enjoy!


Having been a patient I know firsthand what it feels like to be dependent upon a healthcare provider for relief or to help you figure out what is wrong in your body. My ultimate goal is to empower you by giving you the tools for self assessment while at the same time being available to you for consulting and maintenance as needed.
